Delete your account
You can delete your VISION ALERTS account and the data connected to it at any time. Here is how it works and what happens to your data.
01Cancel your subscription firstDeleting the account does not stop a subscription. Cancel it where you bought it: on Whop under Settings → Memberships, or in the App Store under your Apple ID.
02Delete it in the appOpen the VISION ALERTS app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. The account and its data are removed.
03Or write to usSend an email from the address of your account with the subject “Delete account”. No reason needed.support@vision-alerts.com
04We confirmIf you write to us, we confirm the request, delete the account and confirm again once it is done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, your email address and your login
- Your app settings, devices and push tokens
- Your support messages
What we have to keep
- Invoices and payment records, which commercial and tax law requires us to retain
- Records we need to defend or establish legal claims, for as long as that is necessary
Signals, analyses and the record are our content, not personal data. They stay in the app for other subscribers and are no longer accessible to you once the account is deleted.
